## Welcome — I'm Elier. I'm a technical leader and hands-on builder with over twenty years of experience turning complex ideas into software. My work spans architecture, cloud, AI, and blockchain, with a focus on solving practical problems and delivering business value. I enjoy working alongside development teams, contributing code, and building a culture where people can do their best work. This is where I share what I'm building, the lessons I've learned, and the ideas that keep me curious.

### Working with Agents I embraced coding agents early, but my interest in agents goes back much further: I was researching them in the early 2000s. Today, I use agents to write, code, research, manage projects and infrastructure, and explore architectural options. Agents should produce work I would be proud to put my name on—just faster. I’m still responsible for what ships, and “the agent wrote it” is no excuse for code I don’t understand. Sacrificing understanding for speed is unnecessary and bad practice. After more than twenty years of building software, I know when an agent is helping and when it’s confidently causing problems.

Since 2018, designing and building solutions across AI, cloud, and software architecture. Mandates include Data & AI at CAE and solutions architecture at KPMG, GPT/LLM applications, large-scale OCR and content analysis, serverless machine learning platforms, and microservices on Google Kubernetes Engine. My work also spans cryptocurrency trading systems, Ethereum applications, and research in Expert-Augmented Machine Learning.

Designing and building backend and frontend applications for Ethereum, exploring smart contracts, and developing cryptocurrency trading systems with Rust and Python. My experience includes evaluating blockchain technologies and prototyping solutions with development teams.
